Dave Machinski 

Co-founder

Dave served in the United States Coast Guard for 21 years as a heavy weather search and rescue boat driver. After the military becoming an entrepreneur was the path that made the most sense. The Coast Guard allowed for many new places to live, but settling in Idaho after retirement to raise the kids has been an incredible experience for the whole family. The best way to describe Dave is fiercely loyal, servant leader, and incredibly persistent. He is determined to find solutions when there seems to be none. Faith and family come first as well as treating people with integrity. Always an adventurer, scuba diving, snowboarding, and riding motorcycles rounds out his top hobbies.

Sarah Machinski 

Co-founder

Sarah worked in corporate sales both for the human capital management and the glass container industries prior to embarking on the entrepreneurial journey with her husband Dave. Sarah can best be described as brave, determined, and organized. She’s your girl if you need to get things done. Like her husband, faith and family are cornerstones of her values, as well as operating in integrity and enjoying learning new things. Often described as a social butterfly Sarah genuinely loves people. Being a mother of 3 hasn’t led to dedicated time to any one hobby, but always excited to try something new has led to a nice list of activities.
